Consumers continue to be concerned about the safety of food additives. Since the middle of the last century Regulators, the food industry, and retailers have been engaged in a trust building exercise that involves toxicological testing, safety evaluation, monitoring of use and transparent labelling of food additives.
Our core expertise that we offer to our clients is to develop fit-for-purpose dossiers for (pre-)market authorizations that assure the safety, quality, and efficacy of food additives, processing aids, and ingredients. Our proposed solutions and our project management are developed in close coordination with our clients in order to cost effectively meet regulatory objectives.
